Led major parts of a 30–40 screen migration while both frameworks shipped together. Built a reusable Angular and NgRx execution engine for Job and Training workflows.
Improved FCP and LCP through dependency and asset optimization, Sitespeed measurement, and migration of static content from EC2 to S3 and CloudFront.
Scaled the agent dashboard to approximately 3,000 concurrent agents, optimized Analytics APIs from 450ms to 250ms, and helped bring 40+ integrations into a clearer React and Redux experience.
